惯导自动检测设备平台模拟器的研制

摘    要:为了提高系统检测的覆盖率及故障隔离定位率,进行了惯导平台模拟器的设计。该模拟器采用组合式结构,利用数字程控技术,以DS1666程控数字电位计为核心,惯导平台模拟负载和惯导平台信号独立控制,实现了惯导测试中惯导平台模拟器与实际惯导平台的可互换使用。

Abstract:The test and failure location of inertial navigation components is critical to the test of the whole inertial navigation system. In order to improve the coverage of test and failure isolating-and-locating ratio in testing of inertial navigation system, a simulator is designed for inertial navigation platform, which can simulate all the output signals and all the loads. Combined structure is adopted in the simulator, in which the DS1666 program-controlled digital potentiometer is the center. The simulated loads and the signals of the inertial navigation platform are controlled separately, therefore the simulator for inertial navigation platform and the real platform can be used interchangeably in testing.
