土壤中有机质含量的测量不确定度评定

摘    要:建立分析容量法测定土壤中有机质含量的测量不确定度的影响因素的数学模型,指出不确定度来源主要包括分析过程中所用仪器、标准工作溶液、定容体积、室温及测量重复性等引入的不确定度分量。计算出各分量的不确定度,通过合成和扩展,得到测量结果的标准不确定度及扩展不确定度及测试结果的报告形式。

Abstract:The mathematics model based on uncertainty evaluation influencing factors by capacity analysis to measure the organic matter in soil was constructed.Each uncertainty evaluation components was discussed,including analysis of the process used in the equipment,standard solution,test solution for measturing the size and capacity,room temperature,such as the introduction of repeatability of uncertainty in component form.Calculation of the amount of uncertainty,through measurement of results by the standard uncertainty,uncertainty and expansion of the test results of the report forms.
