| 摘 要： | 班组是企业生产的基本细胞，是企业生产的前沿阵地；设备是生产力，抓好班组的设备管理工作就成为了企业实现经济效益和提高生产效率的抓手。如何卓有成效地开展班组的设备管理工作就成为每一个从事设备管理工作者必须面对的课题。文章从企业设备管理实践出发，从设备管理流程入手。具体阐述了设备管理系统的逻辑组成结构，就如何建立设备管理系统谈了设备管理系统的重要制度建设和管理“标准化”。
