无氨耐燃烧酚醛注塑料的研究与应用

摘    要:介绍无氨耐燃烧酚醛注塑料的制备、成型条件和性能。该注塑料耐漏电起痕指数高,阻燃性能优异,使用中不释放氨,从而不腐蚀电器、仪表金属嵌件和电气触头,是精密电器、仪表的关键材料,成功用于冰箱压缩机过载保护器外壳。

Abstract:The preparation, production process, properties of non-amino phenolic moulding compound with high flame-retardance are presented. The phenolic moulding compound has high proof tracking index(PTI) and excellent flame-retardance, especially there is no amine in the moulding compound so that no ammonia is released to corrode the applicance at high temperature. It is the key material for precise electrical applicance and instrument, and it has been used to manufacture overload protection shell of icebox compressor successfully.
