超声纵振珩磨的切削模型及其临界速度研究

摘    要:径向超声振动磨削与纵向超声振动磨削,其主要差别是磨粒与工件的接触状态不同,在径向超声振动磨削中,磨粒与工件的接触是间断性的,它的临界速度特征符合现有的振动切削理论,而在纵向超声振动磨削中,磨粒与工件是永久性接触,不存在磨粒与工件表面分离的特点。根据它们的差别作者建立了磨粒纵向超声振动切削模型,得到了纵向超声振动珩磨临界速度的新概念及其计算公式。

Abstract:The main difference between radial ultrasonic grinding and longitudinal ultrasonic grinding resides in the contacting state of abrasive grains and workpiece. In radial ultrasonic grinding, the contacting state is discontinuous and the critical velocity accords with the existing vibration cutting theory. While in longitudinal ultrasonic honing, the abrasive grains contact workpiece permanently. According to this difference, a cutting model of longitudinal ultrasonic cutting was established. And the new concept and theoretical formula of critical velocity in longitudinal ultrasonic cutting were put forward.
