| 摘 要： | 研究了基于电信储值支付平台的虚拟银行的关键技术，实现真正意义上的电信一卡通。以湖州市电信虚拟银行管理系统的设计与实现为基础，首先提出了系统的总体设计结构，然后围绕系统的安全详细探讨了数据安全、交易安全等关键技术，最后对系统的实现及效果进行了总结。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the key technologies of virtual banking based on telecom deposit and payment platform, which realizes the telecom all-in-one card. The paper puts forward the framework of the system, and then studies the security technologies of the virtual banking in detail, such as data security, transaction security, etc. The whole system has been realized for Huzhou Telecom and can be applied to broad applications. |
