| Abstract: | In this paper,the copper and aluminum alloys are ultrapreciscly machined by the single point diamond tool.The factors,including structure and property of the materials and the surface residual stress which affect the surface quality,such as the reflectivity,form accuracy and the surface micro-roughness,are studied.The optimization of the surface character and the processing are also discussed. |
