| 摘 要： | 试图通过一个动态规划模型采对不确定性市场环境下劳动力资源的柔性调度问题进行探讨。其目的是研究在不确定性环境下如何使正式员工及临时调用员工的规模达到最优化配置，在基于Pool sizing模型的基础上，得出了最优的加班时间与最佳的临时员工配置。

| Abstract: | A dynamic programming model was used to discuss flexible workforce arrangement in the uncertain environment.The purpose of this paper was to discuss how to make optimal arrangement between regular and contingent works so as to minimize expected labor and backlog costs,and to minimize overtime to use.Based on Pool sizing,optimal shift time and contingent works were found. |
