摘 要: | 探讨了Nd含量对纯三元NdFeB合金氢化/歧化/脱氢/重组(HDDR)工艺以及其显微组织变化的影响。结果表明:Nd含量的增加促进了HDDR工艺过程加快、最佳工艺处理温度降低,并使其显微组织中晶粒尺寸的不均匀性增大。

Abstract: | The influnece of Nd content on magnetic properties and microstructures of bonded NdFeB magnets by HDDR process was studied. The results show that the higher the Nd content is ,the more rapid reaction of HDDR process and the lower optimum temperature of the treatment are. Moreover, a higher Nd content results in a larger grain size of Nd 2Fe 14 B,whereas the coercivity of magnets is greatly enhanced. So a hihger Dn content is helpful to increase the coercivity of magnets. |
