摘    要:硒循环过程中使水体受到硒污染。将壳聚糖作为水体富硒介质。适宜的酸性条件下,Se(Ⅵ)可以很好地与壳聚糖表面的-NH3^+/结合,饱和吸附容量达到18.839mg/g。所得壳聚糖硒则用于贫硒区土壤的改良,能够促进作物的生长,食用富硒作物有益于人体健康。可实现水质净化与资源的综合利用。

Abstract:Water bodies are often contaminated by selenium in the process of selenium cycle. In this paper, chitosan was used as a medium to concentrate selenium in water. Under appropriate acidic conditions, Se (VI) and -NH3+ of chitosan had a good combination. Adsorption capacity reached to 18.839 mg/g. The gained chitosanselenium may be used for improvement of selenium-poor soils,which can promote the growth of crops; and seleniumrich crops are beneficial to human health. At the same time,water purification and resources utilization can be achieved.
