氯化铵焙烧回收脱锰矿泥中的稀土及其动力学

摘    要:攀西含稀土矿泥采用Na2SO3还原脱锰后,以NH4Cl作为固体氯化剂氯化该脱锰矿泥中的稀土,水浸取回收稀土.考察了不同因素对稀土氯化的影响,同时研究了氯化过程的反应动力学.结果表明,氯化反应是界面化学反应控制的动力学类型,其动力学方程式符合界面化学反应的方程式1-(1-α)1/3=kt,反应的表观活化能为44.0kJ/mol.

Abstract:Panxi weathering mud is firstly leached by Na2SO3 to recover Mn, then the NH4CIroasting-water leaching method is applied to recover RE. The effects of temperature, roastingtime and NH4CI amount on RE recovery were determined. At the same time, the kinetics ofleaching RE in the mud was investigated. The results show that the RE chlorination is controlledby interface chemical reaction, and transition occurs from interface chemical reaction colltrolto diffusion control along with the progress of RE chlorination. The kinetic equation can berepresented as 1-(1-a)1/2=kt, and the activation energy of RE chlorination is 44.0 kJ/mol.
