| 摘 要： | 针对江苏地区多层建筑较易发生渗漏的现象,介绍了外墙防水抗渗的技术措施及新型防水材料,分析了屋面板渗漏的原因,并提出了防治措施,以全面控制渗漏现象,强调在严格控制防水工程质量的同时应加强对防水工程细部质量控制的意识,以更好的做好防水工程。

| Abstract: | In light of easy leakage phenomenon of multi-layer building in Jiangsu province,the paper introduces technological measures of exterior water impermeability and new water proofing material,analyzes the causes of roofing leakage,and puts forward preventive measures,with a view to comprehensively control leakage,to emphasize water proofing engineering quality,to strengthen detail quality control consciousness as well as to do better in water proofing engineering. |
