| 摘 要： | 在简述施工组织设计与工程造价关系的基础上,利用施工组织设计中的"一案、一表、一图"等因素分析了施工组织设计对工程造价的影响,提出应从工程实际出发编制施工组织设计,并应综合考虑各方面因素降低工程造价。最后通过工程实例分析,提出确定合理工程造价的施工组织设计具体措施。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly states the relationship of construction organization design and engineering cost,and illustrates the influence of construction organization design on engineering cost from several factors such as "one scheme,one table,one chart" in the construction organization design.This paper puts forward that: it hold that construction organization design should be formulated from the engineering practice and take all the factors into careful consideration,so as to reduce the engineering cost.Last,through analysis the engineering example to put forward the methods to make an reasonable construction organization design. |
