| 摘 要： | 针对装配式工业化住宅的概念、设计理念及优势等进行了介绍,着重阐述了装配式工业化住宅的发展历程及在中国的实际工程应用的情况,并总结装配式住宅的优缺点和现阶段发展不足的原因,以期促进装配式工业化住宅的推广应用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the identification,design concept,and advantages of fabricated industrialized residence,mainly describes the development history of fabricated industrialized residence and the application condition in China,and summarizes advantages and disadvantages of fabricated industrialized residence and causes of underdevelopment at current stage as well,with a view to promote the promotion and application of fabricated industrialized residence. |
