深基坑渗漏流及透水事故处理技术与实例分析

摘    要:针对某工程条件及周围管线复杂的深基坑渗漏流及透水事故,介绍了深基坑渗漏流的常规处理技术,并提出采用高压旋喷桩封堵透水点的施工技术及技术要点,实践表明,高压旋喷桩堵漏深基坑透水点效果明显,安全可靠,可在类似工程事故处理中推广使用。

Abstract:In view of the engineering conditions and osmotic flow and permeable accident of deep foundation pit with complicated surrounding pipeline,the essay introduces common osmotic flow processing technology of deep foundation pit,and puts forward construction technology and technological points of high-pressure rotating spry pile to prevent seepage point.Practice shows that: using high-pressure rotating spry pile to prevent deep foundation leakage can achieve good effect and safety,which can be applied in similar engineering accident treatment.
