超高压制备n型PbTe的性能与分析

摘    要:主要研究了采用超高压方法制备的n型PbTe材料的性能。对不同超高压工艺条件的样品进行密度分析、抗弯强度分析,判断其机械强度;对样品进行扫描电镜(SEM)分析,以确定其微观结构;测试样品的电导率、塞贝克系数并计算了功率因子,了解材料的热电性能。将超高压样品的各种数据与冷压样品的对应数据进行比较,结果表明,选择合适工艺条件的超高压样品的性能要明显优于冷压样品。

Abstract:We prepared n-type PbTe samples by super high pressing (SHP). The performances of the samples have been reported and discussed in the paper. We have measured the densities and bending strengths of the samples prepared with different super high pressing technological parameters in order to judge their mechanical properties, made SEM analysis in order to observe their microscopic structures, tested electrical conductivities, Seebeck coefficients and calculated the power factors in order to estimate their thermoelectric performances. Comparing data of samples prepared by super high pressing with those of samples prepared by cold press, it is evident that the performances of the samples by super high pressing under suitable technological conditions are better than those of the samples by cold press.
