国产玻璃绝缘子的发展现状及技术水平

介绍了国产玻璃绝缘子的发展历程和现状,国产玻璃绝缘子经历了研制开发、国产生产线及引进技术生产线三个时期,目前年产量约1000万片。国产玻璃绝缘子运行30～40 a后的机电强度仍不低于出厂的标准值,产品未出现老化现象,自破率控制在0.02%以下,失效检出率达百分之百。国产玻璃绝缘子分为标准型、耐污型和直流型三大系列,共计50多个品种,满足了500～1000kV交流和±500～±800kV直流输电工程的需求。

State of the Art of Domestic Glass Insulators

Development course and state of the art of domestic glass insulators is described.The development course comprises of experimental development,establishing manufacturing line and introducing technology and manufacturing line.At present,the annual output constitue 10 mil unites.After service for 30～40 years,the domestic insulator keep their electro-mechanical strength not less than rated one at dispatching from works,no degradation occurs,with self-shutting rate less than 0.02% and failure detection rate of 100%.The domestic glass insulators consist of three type: normal,anti-pollution and D.C.type,meeting the demand of 500～1000 kV AC and ±500～±800 kV projects.
