新型沥青抗剥落剂TJ-066的性能评价

摘    要:同济大学制备了新型沥青抗剥落剂TJ 0 6 6 ,并根据《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》评价了该产品的性能。结果表明 ,TJ 0 6 6抗剥落剂可将沥青与酸性集料的粘附性提高至 5 级 ,而且TJ 0 6 6抗剥落剂有着较好的抗热老化的性能。经薄膜加热处理后 ,掺加该抗剥落剂的沥青与集料之间的粘附性没有降低 ,仍可达到 5 级或 5级。该抗剥落剂可提高韩国沥青与花岗岩混合料的水稳定性 ,掺加该抗剥落剂的沥青混合料的冻融劈裂强度比TSR可达 10 0 % ,经短期老化后 ,仍可达到 86 4 %。

Evaluation of the Performance on a Novel Asphalt Anti-stripping Agent TJ-066
Abstract:The performance of a novel asphalt anti-stripping agent, TJ-066, was evaluated in accordance with Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering. It showed that adding TJ-066 anti-stripping agent could increase the adhesion between asphalt and acidic aggregates to grade 5-. It also showed that TJ-066 had good thermal aging property. The adhesion between asphalt added this anti-stripping agent and aggregates did not decrease after film heating. However, it remained at the level of grade 5 or 5-. This anti-stripping agent could increase the water-stability of the mixture of Korean asphalt and granites. The TSR of the asphalt mixture added this anti-stripping agent could reach 100%. After short term aging, it could still reach 86 4%.
