一种新型的深海钴结壳作业车行驶性能仿真研究

摘    要:钴结壳作业行走车作为深海钴结壳采集系统的工作平台行走在海山上进行作业。本文提出了一种新型的钴结壳作业车结构。基于大型机械系统动力学仿真软件(ADAMS/ATv),构建了典型海山地形和新型作业行走车的虚拟样机模型,通过四种典型工况的仿真分析,对作业车的行走性能作出了预测。

Abstract:Serving as the operation platform of cobalt-crust collecting system in deep sea, the cobalt-crust mining vehicle steers on the sea mountains. The structure of a new type of cobalt-crust mining vehicle is presented, and a typical terrain of sea mountains and the virtual prototype of the new type mining vehicle were constructed based on ADAMS/ ATV. The steering properties of the vehicle were made forecast by the simulation analysis to four kinds of typical working condition.
