| Abstract: | Combining the supervision practice of the supervision department of Baotou steel design institute on the electrolytic aluminum program,the paper points to establish the matrix organization,summarizes the key points of the quality control in the electrolytic aluminum program,according to the characteristics of the program.It is proved that the program gets better economic and social benefits. |
