蒸压粉煤灰砖冻融循环试验研究

摘    要:通过对蒸压粉煤灰砖进行的冻融循环试验,得出了随着冻融循环次数的增加,蒸压粉煤灰砖的质量损失率和强度损失率随之增大的变化规律;经过50次冻融,砖的质量损失率不超过2%,强度损失率不超过20%,提出了提高辽宁地区蒸压粉煤灰砖抗冻等级标准的建议。结果可为辽宁地方标准《蒸压粉煤灰砖建筑技术规范》的编制提供参考依据。

Abstract:Through the experiment on the freeze-thaw cycle of autoclaved fly ash brick,the article comes to the conclusion that with the freeze-thaw cycles increased,the weight loss rate and the intensity loss rate of autoclaved fly ash brick is even greater. After 50 times freeze-thaw cycle,the weight loss rate is less than 2 % and the intensity loss rate is less than 20 %. So gives a proposal of raising the antifreeze level criterion of autoclaved fly ash brick in Liaoning. The results can provide a reference for compiling the local standard structure technology core of autoclaved fly ash brick of autoclaved fly ash brick in Liaoning.
