摘    要:建立了复杂产品设计知识的功能-行为-结构映射模型和组织模型,集成封装了功能信息和几何信息,设计了功能分解算法来获得结构方案并将方案存储于知识库中,提高了可重用设计中的知识表达与处理能力。该方法可快速响应设计需求,并已应用于叉车的大批量定制生产中。

Abstract:The function-behavior-structure(FBS) mapping model and organization model were built.The functional and geometric information were encapsulated.The structural scheme was stored in knowledge base by the function decomposition algorithm to develop knowledge representing and handling capability.The method is an efficient way to respond design requirements rapidly and is applied in mass customization of forklift products.
