摘    要:本文针对粗骨料胶结充填技术存在的缺陷,提出了散体渗流充填技术。该项新技术是将速凝材料渗透在散体材料孔隙中,形成均质充填体,从而实现饱和胶结充填。它对胶结剂、散体材料以及两者的混合方式均不同于粗骨料胶结充填技术,具有简单实用、低投入高产出的特点,能够应用于设施简陋、开采技术条件复杂的难采矿体回采中,使传统的充填技术有了实质性的变化。经过详细论证、充填室内试验、充填系统设计,基本掌握了该技术的工艺参数、影响因素。该技术在某矿得到了应用,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The paper brings forward the filling technics of granular seeping on the basis of analyzing the shortcoming existed in the rough aggregate cementing.It is that early setting material into interspace of granular substance,forming homogeneous fill and achieving saturate cemented filling consequently.Consisting of full grade rock in drifting.It has characteristics of brief practicality and low-invest and high-yield,is able to apply in diffcult mining ore body in complicated exploiting technic condition and simple establishment,Changing the traditional technonics of filling material.After particular argumentation,examination in test room,design of filling system,its technical parameters as well as affective factors were basically seized.It was successfully applied in X mine,and acquired remarkable social benefit.
