可编程逻辑器件驱动电流噪声影响分析

摘    要:在应用越来越广泛的图像处理系统中,噪声是影响图像质量的重要因素。各种滤波电路以及图像滤波算法,有时也不是最直接、最有效的解决方法。论文经过大量实验研究发现,大型图像处理采集系统中互联信号的驱动电流,对系统噪声影响很大。找到驱动电流对噪声的影响规律,探索出一种设置驱动电流大小的方法是论文的研究目的。通过Lattice的ispLEVER7.1实时改变驱动电流的设置,借助MATLAB 2008B分析工具,计算小同图像的峰值信噪比PSNR以评估噪声影响。结果表明:兼顾图像质量,系统体积,尺寸,功耗,以及芯片驱动能力设置最佳驱动电流,对系统硬件设计具有很好的指导作用。

Abstract:Noise is a factor which impact the quality of image captured from Image Processing System which is widely applied to more areas. Sometimes, the filter circuit or the algorithm filter would not necessarily be the best immediately or efficiently method for denoising. In this paper, lots of experimental research found that the quality of image, in other words, the system noise has been seriously affected by drive current within PLD interface in lager Image Processing Systern. The study is aimed at finding out the rule that the drive current impact noise, and discovering the technique for selection drive current. Regulated the values of PLD drive current with the aid of simulation tool, ispLEVER7. 1 that provided from Lattice company, and then using MATLAB 2008B, calculated the PSNR of different images acquired in realtime, due to evaluated the effect of noise on image quality. The experimental results show that the choosing for best drive current, all things considered, the image quality, the system size, the cost, the power and the ability of drive, can become an significant guiding role for design of hardware system.
