楔横轧轧件端头凹心影响因素的研究

摘    要:用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对楔横轧轧制过程进行非线性有限元模拟,得到轧件端头凹心的形成原因,总结出模具成形角、展宽角、轧件端头尺寸及轧细长度等因素对轧件端头凹心大小的影响,并将计算结果与实验结果进行比较,其规律一致。本研究对合理确定楔横轧工艺参数、提高材料利用率具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In this paper, a nonlinear finite element modeling for the process of cross wedge rolling is presented with the aid of ANSYS/LS DYNA The reason causing concavity on the end of workpiece has been found The rule that the factor such as forming angle,spread angle,length of workpiece end and length of rolled part affect concavity has been summarized and the rule is consistent with experiment result by comparing This study is significant to properly determine the technology parameters of cross wedge rolling and increase utilization ratio of material
