摘 要: | 详细讨论了如何延长W—Re热电偶的使用寿命,对比了目前国内外各种W─Re热电偶保护方法,提出了在温度小于1700℃以下时使用石英玻璃进行保护,能够延长寿命5~10倍。并论述了所采用石英玻璃的保护技术及实施步骤。

Study on the Technique of Prolonging the Using Life of W-Re Thermocouple |

Abstract: | This paper discusses how to prolong the using life of W-Re thermocouple, the advantage and fault using variable methods are compared, the protected prototype made of quartz glass under the temperature less than 1700℃ is proposed. It can prolong the life of W-Re thermocouple above more than five times. The protecting technology is stated and studied. |
