摘 要: | 用麦克风传感器和等离子电荷传感器对大功率激光焊接过程中的等离子体进行检测,发现了人焦量变化与检测信号的对应规律,提出了利用检测信号对最佳熔深入焦量进行控制的方法。

Development of Acoustic-electric Sensors for Focal Position Control in Laser Welding |

Abstract: | Two sensors(Microphone and Plasma charge sensor) have been developed to detect plasmas induced in high power laser welding. The relationship has been found between the focal position variation and detecting signals. Based on the detecting signal, a controlling method of the focal position is proposed to achieve the best penetration depth. |
