| 摘 要： | 阐述了零电流开关技术(ZCS)在半桥变换器电路中的应用。分析了电路原理和各工作模态;给出了实验结果。着重分析了主开关管和辅助开关管零电流开通和关断的过程及实现条件。该电路主要针对存在拖尾电流的IGBT而设计,可以提高IGBT的工作频率。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the application of ZCS on Half-bridge converter. The analysis is made for the principle and working module of the topology, then the experiment result are presented. The analysis of this paper is concentrated on the procedure of ZCS by the main switch and auxiliary switch including the precondition to realize the ZCS.The topology can be adapted for the IGBT, and improve the working frequency. |
