| 摘 要： | 燃气轮机叶片表面涂层经腐蚀和冲蚀动态实验后，用溅射中性粒子质谱仪对其进行表面元素成分和浓度分布的分析研究，这为涂层的耐磨、耐腐蚀机理的探讨以及涂层质量的比较提供了新的实验依据。
