PZT压电陶瓷矩形振子的三维耦合振动

摘    要:本文研究了压电陶瓷矩形振子的三维耦合振动,通过引入振子的等效弹性系数,用解析法导出了振子的共振频率方程,由频率方程计算了振子耦合振动的共振频率.理论分析表明,压电陶瓷细长棒的纵向振动,薄板的径向及厚度振动等都可由本文理论导出,与数值法相比,本文理论计算简单,物理意义明显.实验表明,振子共振频率的计算值与测量值基本符合.

Abstract:The three-dimensional coupling vibration of piezoelectric ceramic rectangular resonator is studied. By introducing the equivalent elastic constants, a frequency equation is derived. Theoretical analyses show that the longitudinal vibration of a long slender rod, the radial and thickness extensional vibration of a thin plate can be obtained from the theory in this paper. Compared with numerical methods, the method of this paper is very simple. The measured resonant frequencies are in good agreement with the calculated re-sults from the frequency equation
