难浸金矿石焙烧固硫、砷剂的研究

摘    要:用测定硫化物转化率的方法,对难浸金矿石的三类固硫剂做了系统研究。比较了它们的优缺点,提出了它们固硫反应的机理,指出其中镁化物是优良的固硫剂。它可使硫的转化率达到85%,焙砂硫脲浸金率为88%。镁化物可取之于天然的矿物,也可采用此类镁化物的工业废渣或融产品,这就扩大了固硫剂原料的来源,可降低成本。

Abstract:In this paper,three type sulphur fixing agent are investigated systematically.By means of measuring their change rates of sulphur in pretreatment roast of refractory gold ore,the comparisons in strong and weak points among the three type agents are made,their mechanism of sulphur fixing reaction is put forwerd and that magnesium compound is the excellent sulphur fixing agent is pointed out.By using magnesium compond as sulphur fixing agent,the change rate of sulphur reaches 85%,the rate of thiourea leaching of gold reaches 88%.Magnesium compound can be acquired from natural mineral or industrial waste and side product of such kind magnesium compound.These will broaden the resource and reduce the cost of raw materials of sulphur fixing agent.
