| 摘 要： | 石油企业改制和企业内部组织结构的调整，和许多国有企业一样，会遇到诸如机构臃肿、责权不清，冗员过多，企业办社会、专业化程度和动作效率普遍不高等一系列问题，本文就石油物探装备制造企业在改制过程中可能遇到的问题，提出几点自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Like many other state-owned enterprises, Geophysical Equipment Company of BGP met lots of trouble in the road of structural reform, such as overlapping organization, rights and obligations confusion, too many redundant personnel, incomplete specialization and very low efficiency. The author explains his opinion and solutions for problems like these in this paper. |
