| 摘 要： | 介绍了PTA装置空压机的特点,对控制系统进行优化,改变压力控制点的取压位置,优化尾气透平的投用方法,使空压机的控制更合理。尾气透平投用时系统平稳过渡,完全避免氧化停车、持料过程中造成空压机停机现象,保证了装置的长周期平稳运行。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of air compressor in PTA plant was introduced.The control system was optimized,the pressure taken position of the pressure control point was changed,the operation methods of the off gas turbine was optimized so that the control of the air compressor was more reasonable.When the off gas turbine put into operation,the system transition was steady,the phenomenon of air compressor shut down during oxidation stop or hold up were avoided.Long period steady running of the plant was guaranteed. |
