基于电市场与碳市场耦合含储能的微电网电源规划

摘    要:电碳耦合是实现“双碳”目标的重要突破口。储能装置既能降低弃风弃光比例又能发挥削峰填谷的作用。在电源类型中加入储能装置,并引入电市场和碳市场交易的概念,构建了电碳市场耦合下含储能的微电网电源规划模型。模型以综合成本最小化为优化目标,统筹考虑电源规划的碳市场交易成本、电市场交易成本等,并且考虑了各种约束条件。采用改进粒子群算法(PSO)对模型进行求解,对比了考虑碳交易和不考虑碳交易两种模型,以及不同碳价下的容量配置。结果表明,在碳市场交易下,虽规划期内电力系统的总成本会提高,但清洁能源的比例也因此提升,并且随碳价的上涨而上升。

Abstract:Electrocarbon coupling is an important breakthrough in achieving the "dual carbon" goal.The energy storage device can not only reduce the proportion of wind and solar waste, but also play a role in peak shaving and valley filling.Energy storage devices are added to the power types.The concepts of electricity markets and carbon trading markets are introduced.The model takes comprehensive cost minimization as the optimization goal, comprehensively considering the carbon trading costs of power planning, electricity market trading costs, and various constraints.Using an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model, and comparing the power planning results with and without carbon trading models, as well as capacity configuration under different carbon prices.It is concluded that under carbon market trading, although the total cost of the power system will be high during the planning period, the proportion of clean energy will also increase, and will increase as the carbon price increases.
