基于ADAMS的抽油机平行位移机构仿真研究

摘    要:建立抽油机传动机构中平行位移机构的虚拟样机模型,利用ADAMS软件对采用不同材料蜗轮的平行位移机构进行动力学仿真,得到受力曲线图,验证原设计的合理性并确定最佳蜗轮材料。利用ADAMS软件对平行位移机构传动件进行运动学仿真,仿真结果为平行位移机构的优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The virtual prototype model of parallel displacement mechanism in the pumping unit transmission mechanism was established, and the dynamics simulation of parallel displacement mechanism with different materials worm gear was carried out by using ADAMS, the force curve was obtained, the rationality of the original design was verified and the optimal worm gear material was determined. The kinematics simulation of the parallel displacement mechanism was carried out by using ADAMS. The simulation results provide a basis for the optimal design of the parallel displacement mechanism.
