摘    要:近年来,作为全球大健康产业的重要组成部分,保健食品行业在迅猛发展的同时也面临着各种挑战。本文从理化分析角度,结合我国特色,给出进一步提高产品质量控制及安全评价能力的建议,以期为相关标准制定及政府监管提供参考。

Abstract:In recent years, as an important part of the global big health industry, the health food industry is facing various challenges with rapid development. From the perspective of physiochemical analysis, combined with the characteristics of our country, this paper puts forward suggestions on improving product quality control and safety evaluation capability, which can provide reference for the formulation of relevant standards and government supervision.
