摘    要:对电解二氧化锰(EMD)半成品中和后的粒径特性值进行分析,发现波动很大,颗粒大的半电池电位(HCP)和转换半电池电位(CHCP)明显偏低.原因是电解槽中使用的阴离子表面活性剂(发泡剂)起了负面的影响.

Abstract:The characteristic values of particle size of EMD semi product after neutralization were analyzed. It was found that the fluctuation was very large. The large size one had lower half cell potential (HCP), conversion half cell potential (CHCP). The reason may be the bad effect from anion surfactant (blowing agent) used in an electrolytic cell.
