Investigation the Contamination Levels of Enterobacter Sakazakii in Milk Products
Abstract:Enterobacter sakazakii is a gram-negtive rod within the family Enterobacteriaceae, genus Enterobacter. A number of cases of neonatal meningitis, septicemia, and necrotizing enterocolities infections caused by E.sakazakii have been reported word wild. The reported case-fatality rates bary from 40%-80%. Little is known about its mode of transmission and the intrinsic contamination levels of milk products. In order to evaluate the quality and investigation the contamination levels of the milk products and provide scientific basis for the risk analyze and risk assessment of milk products.
