| 摘 要： | 目前中国的电子制造业规模已经名列全球前列,正成为全球制造中心,制造业在今后将保持高速发展。但对于制造生产厂家而言,其产品的功能测试设备严重依赖国外公司,测试仪器的维修周期长,费用成本高,研发经济、高效的专用功能测试系统可以提高生产效率,提升企业的竞争能力。本文详细总结了功能测试仪器的性能和类型,分析了不同类型的优缺点,介绍了自主研发的功能测试仪的系统设计及软、硬件设计,并重点阐述了其用户界面的设计。

| Abstract: | China has become the centre of world electronic manufacturing in nowadays.But the test apparatus in factory depends on foreign corporation deeply,in order to reduce its high expenditure and long time for maintain,China mainland factory must research and develop the works in test apparatus,they will increase the manufacture efficiency and market competition capability.The paper summarizes to introduce the degisn of function test apparatus for factory.Four types of function test apparatus and its characteristic are summarized,the hardware and software are introduced,the user interface of the FCT is discussed in detail. |
