摘    要:对粘胶基活性碳纤维制备中影响制得率的各个因素进行了研究,探索了粘胶基活性碳纤维的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,控制合适的磷酸盐浓度及其浸泡时间、预氧化温度和时间、炭化温度等工艺参数,可获得较高制得率的活性碳纤维。

Abstract:The influence factors of yield of viscose-based activated carbon fiber were investigated in this paper, and the optimum conditions of preparing viscose-based activated carbon fiber have been come out. The experimental results indicate that the viscose-based activated carbon fiber with high yield can be pro-duced by controlling suitable preparation conditions such as the concentration of phosphate,immersion time,pre-oxidation temperature,pre-oxidation time,carbonization temperature and etc. .
