| 摘 要： | TYTS-2000脱硫剂是一种新型高效脱硫脱碳溶剂，主要成分是聚乙二醇二甲醚。通过简要介绍TYTS-2000脱硫溶剂性能、脱硫脱碳机理及脱硫脱碳工艺特点，详细介绍国外用聚乙二醇二甲醚为溶剂的Selexol法天然气脱硫脱碳装置，国内用TYTS-2000脱硫溶剂在化肥厂合成气脱硫脱碳装置的应用情况，分析使用过程中影响脱硫率的因素及改进方法，认为TYTS-2000脱硫溶剂用于国内天然气、炼厂气等脱硫脱碳是可行的。

| Abstract: | TYTS - 2000 was a novel desulfurizing and decarbonizing solvent with high efficiency which mainly comprised dimethyl ether of polyethylene glycol. The properties, mechanism of desulfurization and decarbonization, and technical characteristics in desulfurization and decarbonization were briefly described. The desulfurization and decarbonization units abroad for natural gas using dimethyl ether of polyethylene glycol as solvent by selexol method as well as domestic application of TYTS - 2000 in desulfurization and decarbonization unit for fertilizer syngas were introdueed in detail. The effects on the desulfurization rate in the usage of TYTS - 2000 and the improvement were analyzed. It is considered that it is feasible for TYTS - 2000 in desufurization and decarbonization of domestic natural gas, refinery gas. |
