摘    要:介绍了兆瓦级风力发电机组电动变桨距系统的工作原理,选择永磁同步电机作为电动变桨距系统的执行电机。在分析伺服变桨距系统控制原理的基础上,设计了以伺服驱动器为核心的电动变桨距伺服控制系统。试验结果验证了理论分析和系统设计的正确性,为工程设计和实际应用提供了参考依据。

Study on Electric Pitch System of Megawatt Wind Turbine

Abstract:The operating principle of electric pitch system of megawatt wind turbine is introduced in this paper, and three-phase permanent magnetism synchronous motor(PMSM) is chosen as the executive motor of the proposed system. Based on the analysis on the operating principle of electric pitch and the control strategy of servo-control system, an electric pitch servo-motor control system composed of a PMSM and its servo-drive controller is designed. Experimental result is given to verify the reliabilities of theoretical analysis and designed system, also it is useful for reference of designs and application in a practical engineering.
