铸造混合炉温度控制技术

摘    要:针对铝电解铸造混合炉炉温难以恒定控制,导致铝液配料不均等问题,结合生产实际,采用KX—C智能温控仪和PLC相结合的控制系统,准确地测出混合炉内铝液的温度,并根据设定温度控制天燃气的流量和点燃喷头的组数,确保混合炉炉温能保持在生产所需的恒定温度,以此来提高配料精度。

Abstract:As it is difficult to control the furnace temperature of the aluminum electrolysis blend furnace, molten aluminum burdening is not unifrom. Combined with the production practice, the new control system integrated the KX-C intelligent temperature control device with PLC can accurately measure the molten aluminum temperature in the blend furnace. The setting temperature can be used to control the flow rate of natural gas and the number of the ignition nozzle, and can keep the hearth temperature at a constant value, therefore the burdening accuracy increases.
