摘    要:建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中吡唑醚菌酯和氟啶胺含量的方法。采用200 mm×4.60 mm(i.d.)Hypersil BDS-C18柱分离,以甲醇-水-磷酸(体积比为85:15:0.02)为流动相,在260 nn紫外检测波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。吡唑醚菌酯与氟啶胺的线性相关系数分别为1.000 0和1.000 0;变异系数分别为0.29%和0.36%;平均回收率分别为99.57%和100.07%。该方法操作简便快捷,准确度和精密度高,线性相关性好。

Abstract:A LC method for the determination of pyraclostrobine and fluazinam SC was developed. The LC conditions were Hypersil BDS-C18 column, methanol-water-phosphorous acid(85:15:0.02 byvol) as mobile phage, and detection wave length at 260nm. The results demonstrated that the correlation coefficients of pyraclostrobine and fluazinam were1.0000 and 1.0000. The variation coefficients were0.29% and 0.36%. The average recoveries were 99.57% and 100.07%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for analysis of this kind of multiplex confected preparation.
