基于反拖扭矩检测汽缸压缩压力研究

摘    要:汽缸压缩压力是检验发动机修理质量的重要指标。从理论上分析了发动机反拖扭矩与气缸压缩压力关系,并做了试验,利用一元线性回归分析处理的方法处理试验数据,得到反拖扭矩与压缩压力的关系公式。在此基础上对大修后发动机做了大量试验,结果证明,提出的检测方法检测精度高、简单且提高了检测效率。

Study on testing cylinder compression pressure based on reverse-drive torque

Abstract:Cylinder compression pressure is significant parameter to test quality of engine repair. Many experiments were made based on analyzing relations between reverse-drive torque and compression pressure in theory, the relational expression between reverse- drive torque and cylinder compression pressure was obtained by using linear regression analysis to deal with the test data. The results of experiments on engines that had repaired show the means can improve precision of test results and the efficiency of test.
