摘    要:在回转机械振动状态监测中通常采用二个互成90°的测振传感器监测某一测点的振动状态,考虑到传感器布置上的这种双余度特点,运用信息论数学方法,得出了两传感器在融合过程中的冗余和互补特性;在充分利用二传感器冗余信息的基础上,提出了一种基于冗余率运算的传感器故障检测方法,试验结果良好

Abstract:Using the ideas of information fusion in sensor's fault recognition and taking advantage of the capabilities of sensor, the redundancy information between sensors is very attractive.For this,we propose a quantitative measure of redundancy and complementarity between various types of sensors by using information theory,and further characterize the redundancy and complementarity. Finally we give a recognition method of sensor's fault based on measurement of the redundancy.
