基于PDM和B/W/D的VIPD集成模式

摘    要:对动态联盟、VIPD 和PDM 的概念以及PDM 和Web 技术在VIPD 环境中的地位和意义进行了探讨。在此基础上,基于W eb 平台的B/W /D 机制,提出一种集中管理和分布计算相结合的、满足开放性和兼容性要求的VIPD 集成体系,并详细阐述了它的工作原理。该体系以PDM 和W eb 为依托,具有削减子系统配置、减少数据交换总量、方便协作企业信息共享和交互操作等特点,为我国制造业进行集成化产品开发提供了一种具有良好应用前景的参考模式。

Abstract:In this paper, we first introduce virtual enterprise, VIPD (Virtual enterprise oriented Integrated Product Development) and PDM (Product Data Management), then the significance of PDM and Web technologies in VIPD is discussed. After that, a new integrated architecture of VIPD is proposed, which is open, flexible, based on multiple B/W/D, and makes use of both central management and distributed computation. Based on PDM systems and Web technologies, the architecture can reduce the subsystems′ configuration, and the load of data exchange. it also supports interactive operation and data sharing between cooperative enterprises.
