高压大功率变频器纯水冷却装置及其控制系统

摘    要:为了可靠高效地对高压大功率变频器(High-Voltage Power Inverter,简称HVPI)的电力电子功率器件进行冷却,在对主流冷却方式的分析比较的基础上,根据工艺与设计要求,采用了密闭式循环纯水冷却的方法,设计并组态了PLC系统与触摸屏的监控界面,建立了一套密闭式循环纯水冷却控制系统。通过1年多的稳定可靠运行证明了上述装置完全可以满足高压大功率变频器冷却的要求。

Abstract:Aiming to make efficient cooling for rectifier such as thyristor in the HVPI. In this paper, author compared and analyzed some mainstream cooling methods, consulted some technology and design demands, adopted the closed cycle water-cooling method to design a control system with PLC. The results of a years steady and reliable operation show such a device can fully meet the cooling requirements of the HVPI.
