英威腾GOODRIVE300系列变频器在地面直驱螺杆泵抽油机上的应用

地面直驱式螺杆泵是在螺杆泵基础上发展而成的抽油机械,采用永磁同步电机带动光杆直接驱动井下螺杆泵,减少了机械减速器和皮带减速器,效率很高。本文介绍了英威腾GOODRIVE300开环矢量型变频器在地面直驱螺杆泵上的应用,其控制性能可靠,节能效率高。本文仅以37kW的GOODRIVE300变频器为例进行分析,并为地面直驱式螺杆泵的节能改造提供应用方案。

Application of INVT GOODRIVE 300 Inverter in the Ground Direct Drive Screw Pump

Ground direct drive screw pump is an oil pump unit developed from screw pump, driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive downhole rodpumps, reducing the mechanical reduction gear reducerand belt,with high efficiency. This paper introduces application of INVT GOODRIVE 300 inverter in the ground direct drive screw pump, the control performance is reliable, energy-saving is efficiency. The analysis of this paper based on an example of 37kW GOODRIVE 300 inverter, and gives out application solutions for energy-saving of ground direct drive screw pumps
