| 摘 要： | HA16114FP是单通道PWM开关稳压器集成控制器,其输出形式是为使用一个P沟道功率MOS场效应管而设计的。使用该芯片设计的降压器,电路结构简单紧凑,外围元器件少,工作稳定可靠程度高,功耗低,因此特别适合用于制作斩波型直流降压器。
